Who we are
Frame Foundation and Frame Workshop are two parts of a single system created to provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with stable access to high-quality evacuation transport.
We work based on our own practical experience of evacuation in modern warfare: every technical solution, layout and retrofitting of the vehicle is designed with the real needs of combat medics and the wounded in mind.
We exist to give the injured a chance to receive quality medical care on the road, and to give medical professionals the opportunity to provide it safely and effectively.
Our identity is a combination of professional technical work, a systematic approach and deep responsibility for every decision.

Mission and values
Our values:
We are re-equippong life-saving vehicles.
We give the wounded a chance to receive quality medical care on the way, and medical professionals the opportunity to provide it safely and effectively through systematic provision of evacuation transport.
Responsibility — we only take on what we can deliver.
Quality — every vehicle = life.
Honesty —we speak honestly and directly.
Respect — we remember who we work for.
Mutual help — we are one system.
Professionalism and experience — solutions proven in real evacuation conditions.
History of creation
The idea for the workshop began in February 2024 with a single converted vehicle in a friend’s garage. Combat medics Ihor Tkachov and Polina Melnyk had converted it for their own use after encountering the problem of unsuitable vehicles for evacuation.
Six months of working on this vehicle showed that the difference between an ‘empty’ vehicle and an equipped one lies in the quality of care provided and the wounded person’s chance of survival. That is how Ihor and Polina realised that this was what the front line needed.
In April 2024, they found premises and put the first two vehicles into service. Then came a major fundraising drive in September – and the workshop grew from a volunteer initiative into a systematic production operation.
Today, Frame has converted over 100 vehicles, has helped over 35 combat units, and has a staff of over 25 people.
