evacuation transport that works
where every minute counts.
CASEVAC is a mobile hospital on wheels that we are creating from a civilian vehicle.

ABOUT US
Frame Foundation is a non-profit organisation that brings people, resources and trust together to systematically provide evacuation transport to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. We exist to give the wounded a chance to receive quality medical care on the way, and to give medics the opportunity to provide it safely and effectively.
We began operating in April 2024, manufacturing one vehicle per month. Today, our team delivers 8+ evacuation vehicles to the front line every month.

“That’s exactly how spacious the CASEVAC should be. Goodness, how many people did we take? Four people, but we managed everything just fine. Thank goodness, a job well done – thank you very much for that.”
“Since we started using the CASEVAC, we’ve noticed a significant difference.
1. Comfort for both the casualty and the paramedic providing care (it’s not a back seat or the boot of a pick-up truck)
2. An ergonomic interior and greater freedom of movement
3. Good off-road capability and speed.
The vehicle has improved our ability to provide high-quality medical care.”
“It’s a pleasure to work here. We particularly appreciated the benches with lockable storage compartments. We liked the lighting design. Excellent visibility. The panels were also fitted exactly as they should be, with nothing superfluous or out of place. Special respect for the mounting for the Siros; that’s a rarity. We really liked it. We were impressed to see the patient monitor; the mounting for it was installed perfectly, too. I work in a Jeep that’s also been converted for a CASEVAC, and the difference is significant. The work was carried out perfectly.”
“In a fully equipped vehicle, I can give the injured person a thorough examination, remove their clothing, transport them safely, and ensure that the temperature in the back of the vehicle is comfortable. During transport, I can establish an intravenous line and treat their wounds at the same time.”
“Otherwise, I’m absolutely delighted with Frame, and I’m incredibly grateful for your help and for the fact that you care about this. The cars are doing their job. That’s all. Well, don’t worry, the cars are running well. I look after them, both the Prado and the Hyundai. I’m incredibly grateful to you.”
